@ Monday, 26. Feb, 2007 – 09:36:22
The first day of an indredibly dull off-site meeting within the conferencing area of Canterbury Cathedral... At least when we finished I only had to walk round the corner to get home and I could go home for lunch to try and get the company acounts sorted...

Annie's Birthday
@ Saturday, 17. Feb, 2007 – 09:42:57
I met Annie in London for her birthday. I had a few hours to kill while I was waiting to meet up so I went and had a look around the Mac shop on Regent Street. I bought Annie a Heavenly TigerLily candle from Molton Brown and a crd from the ground floor of Liberty, which incidentally, is a loveley store. I think it may be my favorite store in London. I can't really be bothered with Harvey Nicks, Selfridges and Harrods. I went to Busaba for my lunch and wrote Annie's card which was a kinda school report for a birthday. I met Annie in the front on Topshop and we went off to Brown's near Bond Street and sat there doing the crossword and drinking cocktails and cola. Annie knew the barman as her housemate, Petra, used to work at the branch - He made her a sweet card out of a blank bill. After spending a good while in Brown's we decided to hit Chez Gerard in Charlotte Street for dinner - It was all very nice. We had some oysters and snails. We were both tired after eating so want straight back to Stoke Newington afterwards to bed.

Stephen's Asian-themed Leaving Party
@ Friday, 16. Feb, 2007 – 09:51:04

I travelled to london after work on Friday for Stephen's Chinese/Asian fancy dress party. I had to get out at Turnham Green station and was amused to find a launderette just outside the station exit called Turn 'em Clean. I had amassed together various items from e-Bay during the previous week to make me look like a thai ladyboy. The outfit was altogether filthy. There was a girl at the party who worked on the Mac counter in Selfridges and she kindle offered to sort out my make-up while Stephen and I mucked around with some transfer tattoos. Stephen was dressed as a Chinaman with a fantastic handlebar moustache. There were also some Japanese-style ladies there, some cockle-pickers and a pair of Table Tennis players (Stephen's sister and her husband, Bill) - Brilliant! -
Karen's Leaving Drinks
@ Friday, 09. Feb, 2007 – 10:00:38
Met some of the guys in the Old Brewery Tavern for Karen Turner's leaving drinks then went back to meet Anna in the Blind Dog. At some point we all ended up back in the Brewery Tavern and I've no idea what happened after that.
