Had a great flight over and have settled into our apartment for the next 4 days. It's a nice place on the top floor of the block with a big skylight in the living area... and just around the corner from Union Square. It's *hot* here in New York so the air conditioning is definitely getting a work-out.
Had dinner in a great place on Second Avenue last night, called Frank. Their meatloaf was excellent! Also raided the local convenience store for drinks and snacks so we're stocked up...
