Tom, Milan and I met in the Kilkenny Irish Bar in Hackesher Markt - seemingly the only place in Berlin showing the cricket - and spent around six hours in front of their TV watching probably the least interesting spells of this second Ashes test, apart from Ricky Ponting dropping Ravi Bopara 
We bumped into a small stag party in the pub who collectively consumed several bottles of vodka with red bull before staggering off to find a club at around 7pm - About 7 hours too early by Berlin time... We then made another fateful journey up to Erdbeer - They have a vast collection of the strongest cocktails known to man in there.
